Boys Over Flowers

Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.

The franchise centers on "Starlight," a dance and dance troupe beloved the world over. Karen and Hikari promised each other when they were little that one day they would perform together on that stage. Time passes and now they are both 16 years old. Karen is very excited about the dance lessons she takes every day, keeping her promise close to her heart. Hikari changed schools and now lives far away from Karen. Castle of the White Heron Nearly 1,000 years ago, in the ornate capital of Heian-kyo, there was a young, fair-skinned man of noble birth by the name of Abe no Yasunari, who was also a diviner. His foe was Tamamo no Mae. She was a bewitching magical fox who deceived the hearts of men. Time passed. Places changed. Now, the decisive day approaches at the splendid, renowned fortress known as the Castle of the White Heron. At times with grace, at times mysteriously, this revue of a Japanese tale depicts the fate of the diviner and the magical fox, in conflict and drawn to each other over the course of reincarnations spanning a millennium. Outsiders in the Renaissance While Leonardo da Vinci is celebrated as an all-around genius, there is still much about his life that remains unknown. One theory is that the inspiration for his creations was his love for a woman. This production depicts the affection and hatred between da Vinci and the figures in his life.

Golden Liberty

The story begins when outlaws break into the first West Coast location of the Carvey House, a restaurant chain with many locations in railroad stations. Sheriff Lyman is called in to stop the commotion, but he inexplicably pulls a gun on one waiter. The waiter’s true identity is Jesse Sander, a surviving member of the Wild Bunch train robbery gang, whom they were looking for. Jesse is recruited by Lyman for their plan to rob a train. Having stayed on the straight and narrow since the gang broke up, Jesse reluctantly accepts his inevitable fate and agrees to participate in the plan.

Love Blooms Out on the Murasakino

Asuka Period, Japan. Ooama no Miko meets Nukata no Ookimi when he goes with his older brother (Nakano Ooe no Miko) to her house. There Nakano Ooe is wooing Nukata's older sister, and so the two younger siblings meet and fall in love. Five years later, Ooama and Nukata are married, and a daughter has just been born. Ooama talks happily to Nukata about his plans with his brother to jointly rule their empire of Yamato. As Nukata listens to his naive, happy chatter, she becomes uneasy. Later, Nakano Ooe arrives and tells Nukata that she has grown and become very lovely. He has fallen in love with her, and wants her for his own. Caught between the two brothers, Nukata flees back to her father's house. (Takawiki)
