Lupin the Third: Search for the Queen's Necklace!

Musical by the Takarazuka Revue. In modern day France, an exhibition is being held at the Palace of Versailles of the "Necklace of Marie Antoinette". The necklace had been used in a fraud case that marked a chapter in French history and later went missing. It has been reproduced using real diamonds. Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.

A Farce in Pigalle is a musical taking place in the year 1900 in the city of Paris, France. Where a young man comes to visit the Moulin Rouge. This man calls himself “Jacques Valette,” and begs to be allowed to work at this dreamlike place. With his arrival, the whole world of the Moulin Rouge is about to be turned on its head! The musical is followed by a Japan Traditional Revue titled "Welcome to Takarazuka." The theme for this revue show comes from the beauty of the four seasons in which the spirituality of the Japanese people is based on. Kabuki legend Bando Tamasaburo is a supervising director of this show, which marks his first collaboration with the Takarazuka Revue.

Nice Work If You Can Get It

Set in the 1920s, Nice Work If You Can Get It is the story of charming and wealthy playboy Jimmy Winter, who meets rough female bootlegger Billie Bendix the weekend of his wedding. Jimmy, who has been married three (or is it four?) times before, is preparing to marry Eileen Evergreen, a self-obsessed modern dancer. Thinking Jimmy and Eileen will be out of town, Billie and her gang hide cases of alcohol the basement of Jimmy’s Long Island mansion. But when Jimmy, his wife-to-be and her prohibitionist family show up at the mansion for the wedding, Billie and her cohorts pose as servants, causing hijinks galore.

Crash Landing on You

Based on the TV drama Crash Landing on You. Yoon Se-ri is a successful South Korean businesswoman and chaebol heiress. One day, while paragliding in Seoul, she is blown off course by a tornado and crash-lands in the North Korean portion of the DMZ. Ri Jeong-hyeok, a member of the North Korean elite and a captain in the Korean People's Army is patrolling and discovers Se-ri. He is persuaded to hide her and help her return to the South.

Boys Over Flowers

Eitoku Academy is a high school that caters to rich, high-society families. Among the students who attend there are four young men who have the adulation of the entire school, the "Flower 4" (F4). There is spoiled Doumyouji Tsukasa, cool and mysterious Hanazawa Rui, playboy Nishikado Soujirou, and "madam killer" Mimasaka Akira. If these four show any signs of disliking someone, a red tag is put on the locker of that student and they become a target of bullying for the entire school. Makino Tsukushi is from a middle-class family, attending because her parents asked her to. Beata Beatrix

England in the middle of the 19th century. Rossetti, a painting student at the Royal Academy, works with Everett, a child prodigy at the academy, and Will, a classmate, under the name of Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood in order to break through the old view of art. Rossetti, who worships the poet Dante and seeks the ideal woman "Beatrice" in the book "Newborn," falls in love with Lizzie, who works at a hat shop, and begins to paint her. At one point, Rossetti was fascinated by actress Jane in the playhouse and asked her to model. The high praise of the painting made Rossetti gradually engrossed in Jane. A challenging musical work that depicts the love-hate swirling human pattern until his masterpiece "Beata Beatrix" was created, approaching the human-like turbulent life of Rossetti, a painter and poet. The story centers on Prime Minister Keisuke Kuroda, who has been called the worst prime minister in history. One day, while giving an endorsement speech for an election candidate from his party, Kuroda is hit in the head by a rock thrown at him. He survives but loses his memory. His memories after becoming a politician are completely erased. Unable to remember himself, his wife Satoko, his family, and the people around him, Kuroda is not only confused but also terrified. If news of the unprecedented event of the current prime minister suffering from amnesia were to leak out, the political world would be thrown into chaos! Despite Kuroda’s fears, his secretaries, led by Isaka, treat the situation as top secret and push him to continue carrying out his official duties.

The Rose of Versailles - Fersen and Marie Antoinette -

Takarazuka Flower Troupe 2014 Chunichi Theater production. In 1770, Princess Marie-Antoinette of the House of Hapsburg, youngest daughter of Empress Maria Theresa of Austria, marries at the age of fourteen, Prince Louis (future Louis XVI) of the House of Bourbon, eldest grandson of King Louis XV of France. In anxiety over some childishness still lingering in Marie-Antoinette, Empress Maria Theresa sends over to France her confidant, Count of Mercy-Argenteau, on the mission to tutor Marie-Antoinette to grow up to be a beloved queen of the French people.

Never Say Goodbye

Set in 1936, the People's Olympic Games are held in Barcelona in response to the Berlin Olympics under the Nazi regime. Georges, a talented photographer, meets Catherine, a liberal playwright, and the two fall in love. However they soon become embroiled in the Spanish Civil War.
