The film " provides a short, impressionistic history of the U.S. through famous American symbols, including the Statue of Liberty; the Woodstock logo; the Liberty Bell; and Mt. Rushmore. The symbols are layered on top of each other, as can be seen from a bald eagle hatching from a red, white, and blue egg and flying past the American Gothic farmers, the U.S. Capitol building, the Golden Gate Bridge, Abraham Lincoln’s cabin, and an American bison. At the end of September 1941, Soviet artillery troops in besieged Leningrad realize that pretty soon they will fire their last shot, and after that the defense of the city will be doomed. The film is based on a true event: a small group of fearless soldiers transported a large supply of gunpowder through enemy lines to Leningrad.

Never Again - Amerikas Jugend gegen den Waffenwahn

Newtown, Orlando, Las Vegas—each represents a mass murder in the US, with at least 28 lives lost, using legally acquired weapons. These tragedies seem to occur more frequently, with politicians seemingly inactive. This changed on Valentine’s Day 2018, when a shooting at MSD High School in Parkland, Florida, killed 14 students and three faculty members. In response, young people organised the largest gun violence protests since the Vietnam War, demanding stricter gun laws and a ban on AR-15 rifles. Director Sebastian Bellwinkel documented this movement. While mass shootings are a significant issue, they account for only 1% of the 30,000 gun-related deaths annually. Some states have altered gun laws due to the protests, but the conservative Trump administration’s stance on making firearms harder to access remains unclear.

Lupin the Third: Search for the Queen's Necklace!

Musical by the Takarazuka Revue. In modern day France, an exhibition is being held at the Palace of Versailles of the "Necklace of Marie Antoinette". The necklace had been used in a fraud case that marked a chapter in French history and later went missing. It has been reproduced using real diamonds. Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.

This is troublesome to Vim, for Adjani is a woman who already draws unhappiness to her. Vim becomes very anxious... A little black spice for the New Year, in this fantastic love comedy for adults.

A challenging musical work that depicts the love-hate swirling human pattern until his masterpiece "Beata Beatrix" was created, approaching the human-like turbulent life of Rossetti, a painter and poet. The following work will also be director Kumakura Asuka's Takarazuka Bow Hall debut work.

Based on the TV drama Crash Landing on You. Yoon Se-ri is a successful South Korean businesswoman and chaebol heiress. One day, while paragliding in Seoul, she is blown off course by a tornado and crash-lands in the North Korean portion of the DMZ. Al Capone -The Hidden Truth of Scarface-

Takarazuka Snow Troupe 2015 production based on the life of Al Capone. The year is 1929, in a prison in New Jersey. Here, wearing a Divan watch too extravagant for the setting, sits one man: Al Capone. As everyone knows, he’s an American gangster. In a cell arranged especially for him, he gulps down law-prohibited bourbon, next to him sits the script for a new Hollywood screenplay that is in production. The title is “Scarface.” It is plain that that word represents Al. Before the writer of this script, Al begins to tell the lesser known “truth of Al Capone.”

Prince of Roses -The Man Led by the Crown-

The War of the Roses (1455-1485), a turning point in the history of England, where the Lancasters and the House of York divided the domestic princes and knights between them in a power struggle. Henry Tudor (later Henry VII), a Lancaster through his mother's line, finally wins. This begins the Tudor dynasty and lays the foundation for modern England. Henry VII, who lived between the times of Richard III and Henry VIII, has been regarded as a mysterious person. As a member of the Lancaster family (the red roses), he was drawn into conflict with Edward IV and Richard III of the York family (the white roses). This work depicts a man thinking of his mother and the expectations of his friends throughout his life, as he aimed for peace in England and the throne.

I Am From Austria

The setting is Hotel Edler, a long-established four-star hotel in Vienna. Josi Edler, the heir to the family-owned hotel, has been actively involved in the hotel's management and seeks to reform the hotel to make it fit with the times, as opposed to his parents who lean towards tradition and formality. Today, Hotel Edler is preparing for the reception of a coming guest: Emma Carter, the famous Austrian-born Hollywood star, who will stay at the hotel incognito. Unfortunately, a hotel employee has already revealed the top-secret news of Emma’s arrival through social media, and it causes chaos at the hotel...
