Omar Marzouk - War, terror and other funny stuff

The show “War, terror and other funny things” by comedian Omar Marzouk played to full houses in Denmark in the spring of 2005 and more than 15,000 people saw the 90-minute show, which was immortalized on DVD in Det Ny Teater. It's controversial and hilarious, and there are plenty of extras. Since then, Omar has performed to packed houses at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the world's biggest comedy festival. The show was received with enthusiasm by both the audience and critics from several British newspapers. In “The Blue Show”, Rune Klan jumps out of the magic closet and tells us about his relationship to - and with - tricks from the subtle world of secret magic. This time, magic has been given a larger place in the show than before. A more stylish show than ever before, including a guest appearance by Danish electronic music wunderkind Mike Sheridan. But also with lots of crazy and makeshift effects, as we know it from Rune's universe. Of course, it's all delivered with Rune's characteristic twinkle in his eye and sense of lightning-fast reactions. The show is recorded in Utzon's beautiful Musikhus in Esbjerg.
