Aas Ka Panchhi

Rajan "Raju" Khanna lives with his elderly father Nihalchand, his mom, and his younger sister. He studies Arts in college, and has a sweetheart, fellow-collegian Neena Bakshi. When Rajan graduates, his father wants him to work at the same firm where he's employed, but Rajan wants to join the military. His father opposes this, and after he has a heart attack, Rajan accepts the job offer and starts working in his father's office. He does not do well, his father passes away, and he joins the military. When he returns, nothing is the same. Neena is engaged to marry a handsome, rich young doctor, and her dad refuses to even consider Rajan for his son-in-law. Disheartened, he returns to the military and goes into the war zone. He volunteers to rescue a senior military officer, gets through enemy lines, and is shocked to discover that the senior military officer is none other than Major Bakshi. Both men know that only one of them can make it safely back to his base.

Chalaak

Monica Kapoor lives a wealthy lifestyle in London, England. When she hears that her estranged brother, Kishan, has been killed while traveling in a train, she returns home to India and asks his much younger and drop dead gorgeous widow, Shobha, to move out so that she could sell the house, pick up the cash, return to London and get married to her boyfriend, Manoj. She does get to sell the house and compels Shobha to move in with Kishan's friend, Amar, but Manoj steals the cash and disappears. She decides to marry him at the Registrar's Office. When he does not show, she returns home and finds him getting intimate with Shobha.

After his business partner embezzles money and leaves him penniless, Parvati's husband passes away, leaving behind two sons, Prabhakar and Sudhakar, & a dumb daughter, Gauri, virtually on the verge of destitution, When Prabhakar grows up, he marries Pooja and moves out. Years pass by, Sudhakar has grown up, has managed to complete schooling, gets a job out of town and re-locates.

Phaansi Ke Baad

Public Prosecutor Vijay Kumar is the only son of Surinder Nath, who is the DIG of Police. Vijay is quite popular as the only Public Prosecutor to have succeeded in bringing down the crime rate, resulting in the highest number of convictions. He also gets to prosecute Abbas Mohamed Riyaz for killing Inspector Bhagwat and Sukhdev Walia, a former gangster. Abbas is tried, found guilty, and sentenced to be hanged. Then Vijay's girlfriend, Sapna, finds evidence that it was someone else who was responsible for these killings. Vijay agrees to represent Abbas, find the real culprit(s), and ensure that the sentence is overturned. Before that could happen, Vijay is himself arrested for killing a woman by the name of Neena, thus making Abbas' hanging a certainty.

Talaash: The Hunt Begins
