Payback (2014) took place on June 1, 2014 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the second event under the Payback chronology, with the event having originated in 2013. There were two main events, with the first main event featuring John Cena versus Bray Wyatt in a Last Man Standing Match. The second match faced Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista) against The Shield (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose) in a No Holds Barred six-man tag team elimination match. Hell in a Cell (2010) was a PPV that took place on October 3, 2010 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It was the second annual Hell in a Cell event. Like the 2009 event, the event featured the Hell in a Cell match. The main event featured Kane defending the World Heavyweight Championship against The Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match. Randy Orton also had to defend his title, the WWE Championship, in a Hell in a Cell against Sheamus. In a special stipulation match, Wade Barrett fought John Cena with the caveat that Cena would join the Nexus if he lost and The Nexus would disband if Barrett lost. Daniel Bryan defended the US Championship in a triple threat submissions count anywhere match against The Miz and John Morrison.

Elimination Chamber (2011) was PPV presented by the National Guard,[5] which took place on February 20, 2011 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. It was the second annual Elimination Chamber event. 2 Elimination Chamber matches took place. the first, for the World heavyweight Championship, featured defending champion Edge against Rey Mysterio, Kane, Drew McIntyre, Big Show, and Wade Barrett. It will be held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. SummerSlam (2009) was a PPV which took place on August 23, 2009 at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California and was presented by 7-Eleven. It was the 22nd annual SummerSlam event. The main events of the evening included: CM Punk challenging World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the title, John Cena challenging WWE Champion Randy Orton for the title, William Regal challenging ECW Champion Christian for the title, and D-Generation X's Triple H and Shawn Michaels versus The Legacy's Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase.
