Al Capone -The Hidden Truth of Scarface-

Takarazuka Snow Troupe 2015 production based on the life of Al Capone. The year is 1929, in a prison in New Jersey. Here, wearing a Divan watch too extravagant for the setting, sits one man: Al Capone. As everyone knows, he’s an American gangster. In a cell arranged especially for him, he gulps down law-prohibited bourbon, next to him sits the script for a new Hollywood screenplay that is in production. The title is “Scarface.” It is plain that that word represents Al. Before the writer of this script, Al begins to tell the lesser known “truth of Al Capone.”

Revue Starlight: Rondo Rondo Rondo

The franchise centers on "Starlight," a dance and dance troupe beloved the world over. Karen and Hikari promised each other when they were little that one day they would perform together on that stage. Time passes and now they are both 16 years old. Karen is very excited about the dance lessons she takes every day, keeping her promise close to her heart. Hikari changed schools and now lives far away from Karen. But the gears of fate bring them together again, destined to meet again. The two, along with other hopefuls, will compete in a mysterious audition to become part of this great company.

Lupin III: Search for the Queen's Necklace!

Musical by the Takarazuka Revue. In modern day France, an exhibition is being held at the Palace of Versailles of the "Necklace of Marie Antoinette". The necklace had been used in a fraud case that marked a chapter in French history and later went missing. It has been reproduced using real diamonds. Fujiko has sneaked into Versailles, as has the gang of Lupin, Goemon, and Jigen - all with the intention of getting their hands on the necklace, which is valued at over 3 billion yen in today's money. But they bump into Inspector Zenigata. Lupin is the one who manages to foil Zenigata and grab the necklace. Yet the instant he lays hands on it, everyone is enveloped in a mysterious light. When they regain consciousness, they notice they have gone through a time slip to 1785, before the French Revolution when Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were around.

In 1770, Princess Marie-Antoinette of the House of Hapsburg, youngest daughter of Empress Maria Theresa of Austria, marries at the age of fourteen, Prince Louis (future Louis XVI) of the House of Bourbon, eldest grandson of King Louis XV of France. In anxiety over some childishness still lingering in Marie-Antoinette, Empress Maria Theresa sends over to France her confidant, Count of Mercy-Argenteau, on the mission to tutor Marie-Antoinette to grow up to be a beloved queen of the French people.

Mozart, the Rock Opera (Mozart, l'opéra rock)

A dramatization of the life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart beginning from the age of 17 culminating with his death in 1791 at the age of 35. It uses both original pop-rock compositions as well as pre-existing music composed by Mozart and other composers, including Antonio Salieri. Based on the French musical "Mozart, l'opéra rock" first performed in 2009.

Mibu Gishi Den

Yoshimura Kanichiro, a low-class warrior born the son of a foot soldier in the service of the Nambu clan, the lords of Morioka Domain in northern Japan, is a master of both the martial and scholarly ways.

Baddy

The story is set in the capital of Earth, Takarazuka-City. The peaceful planet Earth — a united world where war, crime, and all evils have been overcome — receives a visit from Baddy, a vagabond rogue from the moon. Baddy is a super-cool, elegant, and a heavy smoker. But he soon finds that smoking is outlawed across the face of the Earth. Baddy, accepting no limits, leads his gang and engages in all sorts of wrongdoing to make the dull world more interesting. His final goal is to steal the planetary budget guarded in Takarazuka Big Theater Bank. But all-mighty female investigator Goody is gaining on him!

God of Stars -Food Master-

The last production for top stars Kurenai Yuzuru and Kisaki Airi. At Marina Bay Sands Singapore, the “God of Stars Contest” is held to determine the “Saint of Cuisine”—the best chef in the world. Amidst the glitz and glamor of top chefs from around the world coming together for this event, we find Hong Xing-xing, a brilliant, three-star master chef at the Shanghai-based chain restaurant “Golden Star Group.”Suddenly, a woman appears and says she must speak with Hong. That woman is Eileen Chow, who runs a restaurant in Paradise Market, where Hong intends to build his theme park. She has come here to tell Hong, right to his face, that the hawker centre, the street stall district her ancestors struggled to build up, will not be handed over to him. Hong pays this no heed, but with his mood hurt the contest itself is forced to be postponed. Since its premiere in Vienna in 1992, the musical "Elisabeth" has been performed all over the world. In Japan, "Elisabeth" was first performed by the Takarazuka Snow troupe in 1996, prior to the first performances in other countries. A total of 10 versions of the musical have been performed by different troupes, making it one of Takarazuka Revue's most popular musicals. The "Elisabeth TAKARAZUKA 25th Anniversary Special Gala Concert" was held in 2021 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Snow troupe's first performance.

The Poe Clan

Nice Work If You Can Get It

Set in the 1920s, Nice Work If You Can Get It is the story of charming and wealthy playboy Jimmy Winter, who meets rough female bootlegger Billie Bendix the weekend of his wedding. Jimmy, who has been married three (or is it four?) times before, is preparing to marry Eileen Evergreen, a self-obsessed modern dancer. Thinking Jimmy and Eileen will be out of town, Billie and her gang hide cases of alcohol the basement of Jimmy’s Long Island mansion. But when Jimmy, his wife-to-be and her prohibitionist family show up at the mansion for the wedding, Billie and her cohorts pose as servants, causing hijinks galore.
