The Nightmare Before Christmas

Tired of scaring humans every October 31 with the same old bag of tricks, Jack Skellington, the spindly king of Halloween Town, kidnaps Santa Claus and plans to deliver shrunken heads and other ghoulish gifts to children on Christmas morning. But as Christmas approaches, Jack's rag-doll girlfriend, Sally, tries to foil his misguided plans.

The Weeknd - Red Terror

"Red Terror" visual picks up where "Open Hearts" leaves off. The Weeknd is portrayed as a mouthless child who appears to be chased by monsters through an ominous forest as he tries to shed his original form.

Regeneration

Regeneration is a film about transformation. Starting in a dark place the character reaches toward the divine and breaks into the world of the spirit. Through this act representing an outstretched hand we see that the Holy Spirit represented as a dove is pursuing us even more urgently. The meeting of the two represents the freedom in flight found in trusting fully in the Holy Spirit and is completed with the return to the heart now fully regenerated.

The Calligrapher

With harpsichord music in the background, a dandy, seated at a table, plucks a quill pen from a ceiling full of them above him, dips it in ink, thinks, then draws a straight line down the page in front of him, out of which sprout six more quill pens, each held by a hand. The calligrapher moves all the hands and pens in unison, drawing an elaborate feathered wing, which comes to live, peeling off the page, and, now a quill pen, slips in to his hand. Your taxi driver, himself a migrant to Australia, navigates the new terrain with you, and acts as your guide while revealing small glimpses of his own story. This 360-degree, stop-motion VR film recreates and investigates the geographic and visual dislocation of arriving somewhere unfamiliar: the beginnings of finding a new home in a foreign land.
