Lullaby of the Earth

The story of an orphan girl, brought up in naive, rustic innocence by an elderly relative, who is suddenly exposed to the brutality, greed and deceptiveness of the outside world when her grandmother dies.

Shogun's Samurai

Following the death of the second Tokugawa shogun, it is revealed that he was poisoned by retainers of his son Iemitsu in hopes of gaining him the shogunate despite the stammer and birthmark which undermine his respect. Iemitsu and his brother Tadanaga become bitter rivals for the shogunate, and the land is split into factions, eventually erupting into warfare. Iemitsu's mentor, his fencing instructor Yagyu, is fixated upon securing Iemitsu the shogunate and ends up betraying everyone, even his own family, in pursuit of the goal.

La vita di Wade Wilson, che ha ormai smesso di fare il mercenario in costume, non ha preso una bella piega. Dopo diversi tentativi abortiti, trova un Logan depresso dai molti fallimenti e lo porta con sé per fermare la TVA, che però li esilia entrambi nel "vuoto", un'apocalittica dimensione dominata da Alioth (una grande tempesta dal volto di lupo) e da Cassandra Nova, la folle e potentissima gemella di Charles Xavier.

Un giovane facchino vorrebbe cambiare mestiere per fare felice la sua ragazza. Il suo sogno si avvera quando sventa un assalto al treno (una banda voleva impossessarsi dei gioielli di una regina in visita ufficiale).

Due sorelle si contendono lo stesso ragazzo. Una sembra prevalere, ma l'altra, per metterla in crisi, le rivela un segreto: non sono sorelle, la maggiore è adottata. La fanciulla va in crisi davvero. Riesce a rintracciare la vera madre, ma ne è delusa.

30 Years to Life

First of all, the title does not refer to someone sentenced to jail. It is a movie about 6 lifetime friends who are all hitting the big `3-0' together during the same year. Each one looks inside themselves to see where has my life gone and what am I going to do with my future. Actually, what I saw was a black Seinfeld comedy. Tracy Morgan, who is one of the main characters, is a struggling comedian just like Jerry Seinfeld. He gives his opinion of what women want in a man in one of his comedy routines. Melissa De Sousa is looking for a man before time runs out. She is just like Elaine in Seinfeld. I don't remember the big problem with turning thirty, however, all the characters in this movie can show you what they are, such as not having fame, riches, a husband, a thin body, and staying young. Their life stories are probably repeated many times around the world.

After winning big at the races, Torajiro Kuruma wants to take his aunt and uncle on a trip to Hawaii to partly pay the great filial debt he feels he owes them, but the plan hits a snag. Also, a pretty kindergarten teacher rents a room at Toraya.
