Return to Horror Hotel is an anthology feature with 4 segments. One is about giant a bedbugs, one is about a magical charm that turns girls beautiful, one is about a WWII sailor who hasn't aged and one is about a terrorizing severed hand.

A former alcoholic returns home after ten years in prison for the murder of her husband. As her recollection of the murder returns, things take a different turn.

Dopo che Madoka ha scoperto che Kyōsuke è stato il suo primo amore, i due sono arrivati alla fine delle scuole superiori e si preparano alle prove d'ammissione per entrare all'Università. Dopo anni di esitazioni e titubanze, Kyōsuke Kasuga decide finalmente di fare una scelta fra le due ragazze che provano sentimenti per lui, ovvero la seducente Madoka Ayukawa e la sua migliore amica la piccola Hikaru Hiyama, con cui teoricamente è già fidanzato. Questa sessione è stata registrata dal vivo il 5 ottobre 1999 di fronte ad un pubblico degli Ardmore Studios, Co. Wicklow, Irlanda, ed è stata pubblicata su CD, MiniDisc, DVD, VCD e VHS. Il DVD mantiene l'ordine originale dei brani e sono anche in gran parte inediti, mentre il CD modifica quasi tutto il parlato tra le canzoni. Il CD ha venduto 5 milioni di copie in tutto il mondo.
