Concorde was the epitome of elegance, speed and glamour, linking London and New York in little over three hours. But on the 25th of July 2000 tragedy struck which meant the end of supersonic flight.

The A.R.M.S. Benefit Concert from London

The idea for hosting the concert was envisaged by Ronnie Lane, ex-bassist for The Small Faces and The Faces, himself a casualty of multiple sclerosis. The concert was billed as The Ronnie Lane Appeal for ARMS and featured a star-studded line-up of British musicians, including Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, Andy Fairweather Low, Bill Wyman, Kenney Jones and Charlie Watts. The concert was particularly notable in the fact that it was the first occasion on which Clapton, Beck and Page, each a former lead guitarist for The Yardbirds, had performed together on stage.

Stanco di essere continuamente tartassato da Tom, Jerry decide di lasciare la casa per diventare un astronauta e andare nello spazio, dove non troverà gatti che lo infastidiranno. Jerry si reca al centro per diventare astronauta e, dopo vari test, viene accettato. Nel frattempo Tom è diventato un vagabondo ubriaco e depresso in seguito alla partenza di Jerry e così, dopo aver girovagato per tutto il giorno, entra in un tubo e si mette a dormire. Intanto alla base spaziale viene riempito il serbatoio del carburante del razzo con dentro Jerry utilizzando il tubo in cui Tom si è messo a dormire.
