Six stylistically distinctive films for each section of way, using sources ranging from Kodachrome footage of sun-kissed S.F. street scenes to internet clips of the Iraq war to a fragmented Fred Astaire dance number.

Oscar e un amico compiono una rapina in un negozio, nella quale l'amico muore e Oscar finisce in carcere. Là stringe amicizia con l'anziano compagno di cella che ha nascosto dei soldi prima di finire carcerato. Nella prigione c'è una spietata guardia, Gully, che vuole sapere dove sia stata nascosta la refurtiva, ma l'anziano carcerato non glielo rivela. Gully, indispettito, l'uccide e gli sottrae un disegno sul quale sono riportate le indicazioni per arrivare al bottino. Prima di morire, il vecchio si fa promettere da Oscar che avrebbe ucciso Gully e gli rivela che la refurtiva è nascosta in un cimitero. Dopo pochi anni Oscar esce di prigione e va in cerca di Gully, che non lavora più in carcere.

She now finds herself living one day as an alpha male and the next day as a delicate girl. Will Janae be able to handle her muscle relapses? Will her passage from being a male bring her the peace she's looking for? Will society accept a 250lbs muscular woman? Is her path personal redemption or physical and psychological disaster?

Bhoominathan aka Bhoomi is introduced to us as a person who gets into many local fights. Worried about his future, his family sends him to Muthuramalingam (Raj Kiran), a much respected personality in his place Semmanur, to put Bhoomi's life on the right track. But things don't go as planned. Muthuramalingam's adversary threatens to kill his daughter Meera (Asin) as a revenge against his own daughter's fate. So Bhoomi is given the job of Meera's bodyguard at college. Meera goes to college with her friend Madhu but is irritated by Bhoomi's presence everywhere. So she devises a plan.

La Condizione Umana: Parte III – La preghiera del soldato

Il battaglione del caporale Kaji (Tatsuya Nakadai) viene sconfitto dall'Armata Rossa in Manciuria e gli ultimi superstiti, tra cui lo stesso Kaji, sono costretti ad attraversare la giungla, dove incontrano alcuni civili che si uniscono al gruppo, tra contrasti per le ultime razioni del cibo e altre perdite umane. Arrivano così a un villaggio dove però poco dopo vengono presi prigionieri dai russi. Kaji non demorde mai dalla sua lotta contro la difesa dei diritti umani ma è anche tormentato dagli omicidi commessi in guerra, finché non verrà mandato in Siberia ai lavori forzati.
