Benjamin, Gururaj and Satya have gotten involved in an accident. The three men do not know each other and are only connected by the accident they've been in. Benjamin is a millionaire suffering from a mental disorder. Gururaj is a software engineer who has been kidnapped by an assassin but he cannot figure out the reason for the kidnapping, even though it's clear that the motive is revenge and money. Lastly, Satya is a happy-go-lucky young man who is in a reluctant relationship with a girl named Mei Ling.

Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

Potevo rimanere offeso! è uno spettacolo teatrale del trio comico Aldo, Giovanni & Giacomo del 2001 con regia di Massimo Venier, allo spettacolo ha partecipato anche Raul Cremona nei panni di Silvano il mago di Milano. Lo spettacolo è dedicato soprattutto alla proiezione dei filmati degli Svizzeri (Huber, Rezzonico e Gervasoni) già visti nel '96 a Mai dire Gol inframezzati dagli sketch del trio comico.

Il titolo è un gioco di parole in quanto presenta una forte assonanza con la frase "tel chi el terùn" ("eccolo qui il terrone"). In effetti, il trio - che è composto da due attori settentrionali e uno meridionale - deve parte del suo successo alla forte contrapposizione linguistico-caratteriale dei propri membri e utilizza talvolta, sempre in senso bonariamente scherzoso, anche la parola "terrone" nei propri sketch.
