Festa di fine estate (2008)

Frode non ce la fa ad aspettare fino al giorno della festa di fine estate che si terra' nel cortile del suo condominio. Soprattutto perche' durante la festa di quest'anno sara' possibile cavalcare un vero elefante e Frode non sta piu' nella pelle. Sfortunatamente l'amministratore annuncia che dovra' essere pagata una tassa per l'utilizzo del cortile e cosi' sfuma il progetto di ospitare la festa e con esso la possibilita' di cavalcare l'elefante. Intanto un condomino, il pacifico signor Storm, viene aggredito e derubato da un misterioso ladro e offre una cospicua riconpensa a chi trovera' il colpevole. Frode e i suoi amici accettano la sfida: acchiappare il ladro, raggirare l'amministratore per ottenere il permesso per la festa e sconfiggere la banda rivale, che vuole aggiudicarsi la ricompensa...
