Anche se c'è una H che separa i loro cognomi, s'incrociano di nuovo le esistenze di Achille Lo Chiummo e sua moglie Brigida e del boss Antimo Lo Ciummo. Stavolta il luogo della loro convivenza non è più un cimitero ma un casale che è stato sequestrato alla camorra.
