Un giovane cambogiano che è stato addestrato a combattere per soldi nel suo paese viene ingaggiato per uccidere qualcuno a Hong Kong. Esegue il colpo e poi fugge dalla polizia di Hong Kong, che è alle prese con i problemi interni di un poliziotto modello e di suo figlio, anche lui in servizio, al quale il padre aveva detto di non diventare un poliziotto. Il padre va in coma dopo essere stato colpito, e gli affari interni sospettano che lui spacci droga per conto suo.
