Area paradiso

Il film narra le sorti di un piccolo autogrill chiamato OvoOil, situato sulle colline toscane (in una zona non meglio definita), e di un gruppo di persone che insieme gestiscono questa piccola attività. La pacifica routine della comunità che ruota intorno al grill viene sconvolta da una lettera raccomandata della direzione generale della società Ovo, che possiede lo stabile: a causa della crisi economica e del transito sempre più ridotto su quel tratto di strada, la Ovo potrebbe dover chiudere il grill. A poca distanza, infatti, sorge un altro grill della stessa società e proprio questa vicinanza ha reso una delle due stazioni di servizio superflua. Per decidere quale stazione chiudere la Ovo decreta che ci sarà una gara tra le due concorrenti: alla fine di un periodo di valutazione, il grill che avrà prodotto più fatturato e avrà migliorato di più la qualità del servizio rimarrà aperto, mentre l'altro dovrà chiudere.

Il giovane Eddie e Cam, la sua ragazza, hanno la ventura di assistere a un omicidio. Il responsabile è nientemeno che uno sceriffo, del tutto corrotto. Ma Eddie è molto in gamba e per alcuni giorni tiene in scacco lo sceriffo, intorno al quale ormai si sta chiudendo il cerchio. Nello scontro finale il disonesto uomo di legge viene ucciso.

The film demonstrates how sharp the eye has become in a society with developing technology.

The Dokutake ninja steal a shipment of saltpeter from Shinbei's papa. They plan to use it to create medicine that will make them fly and become super-ninjas! Danzou, who's father was transporting the goods, stows away and is taken to the Dokutake's secret headquarters. When Shinbei informs the school, Yamada-sensei and Doi-sensei rush to help. But Hagumi decide to take matters into their own hands and try to rescue Danzou themselves. Things don't go according to plan, though, and soon they all need to be rescued too.
