Agetarō, a third generation tonkatsu shop owner, one day makes a bentō delivery for the first time to a club where he experiences an uplifting feeling he's never had before. Slum-Polis

2041 - The west of Japan was destroyed in an earthquake. In between the slums within the rubble autonomous areas form with their own currency and administration.
