She has beaten super grandmaster chess players such as Magnus Carlsen, Anatoly Karpov, Garry Kasparov, Vladimir Kramnik, Ruslan Ponomariov, Veselin Topalov, and many more. She retired in 2014, breaking her streak of being the best female chess player for more than 26 years.
