She continued to dazzle Albanian audiences throughout the 2000s, starring as the lovable Zana in over 300 episodes of hit TV series Familja moderne. Today, Yllka remains a massively celebrated actress in her homeland, having starred in numerous award winning productions for stage and screen. As a onetime refugee, she has served as both a UNICEF Ambassador and a Save The Children Artist Ambassador.
