She went to Tokyo Metropolitan National High School and graduated from Sophia University's Faculty of Letters majoring in German literature. She won MISS FLASH in 2013 along with Ikeda Yuko and Nagai Rina. She was also active as a gravure idol unit GāGirls but graduated the group on February 26, 2016. At the same time, she also quit her gravure idol career to concentrate on acting. On October 31, 2018, she left Legend Talent Agency and worked as a freelancer for about a year.
