Maggie and Carsten love each other, they have two wonderful children and run their own gourmet restaurant; Malus. They want it all. And they have it all. Almost. They are missing the coveted Michelin Star. It has been their dream, on which they gambled everything to win. One day Carsten receives a letter saying that his wife loves somebody else. But who sent the letter and why? In their continuous passion and pursuit for the ultimate recognition, they forget that the meals of life are best enjoyed together.

Set over the course of one week, ROSE is the story of two sisters, Inger and Ellen, and how their relationship is challenged on a highly anticipated coach trip to Paris. When Inger announces her struggles with mental health to the group, the sisters are faced with pity from some and downright discrimination from others. On arrival in Paris, it soon becomes clear that Inger has a hidden agenda concerning a figure from her past, ultimately involving the entire group in her hunt for answers.

Kidnapped

Bertram’s uncle, a petty criminal, hurls him and the whole family into the kidnapping of a rich man’s son to get money for a new flat after they’ve been kicked out by the bailiff. But things don’t go quite as planned. The film is an action-packed gangster comedy for the whole family, a kind of “Ocean’s Eleven” for children and the young at heart.
