Tartanji

Al-Tartanji's comic play "Al-Tartanqi" presented its successful performances in a number of Gulf cities, and presented three shows during the Dubai Shopping Festival 2012, at the Indian School Theater from February 2 to February 4, 2012. Tariq Al-Ali, Dawood Hussein, Maryam Hussein and Amal participated in this work. The Wreck

Firu Dorileanu, 30 unemployed, lives alone in his deceased parents' apartment. To pass his financial problems, he tries to sell his mother's contrabass. So, with this occasion, he discovers inside the instrument a letter and an old film from his mother's youth. Going behind the protagonists in the film, Firu arrives inside the wreck, there where was born his mother's secret.

Chal Chala Chal

Pune-based widower Omkar Nath used to work as a Headmaster with a local school. When he was fired, his son, Deepak, hired a lawyer to sue the school. The school was represented by none other than Omkar's live-in son-in-law, Vinayak Agrawal. After some years the Court finally came to a decision and the verdict was in favor of Omkar. However, since the school had no funds, it was directed to surrender it's school bus in lieu of wages. Deepak takes charge of this bus, finds out it's dilapidated and makes it roadworthy. He also decides to ply in on the Sonawadi - Ratna Chowk route, not knowing that his problems are just about to start.

Young Scott Doherty (Adam Garcia) gets suspicious when his mother (Jacqueline Bisset) plans to wed Oliver Vance (Stuart Wilson) soon after her husband's untimely death. As his witnesses, Lucheni brings back the dead aristocracy of the bygone era and takes us to the past, where he serves as a sarcastic narrator of the events that lead to the transformation of the sweet and innocent Sisi to the revered and infamous Elisabeth, Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary, and her decline through later years until her assassination.

Space Travelers

Three bank robbers, who declare themselves to be Space Travelers, take six persons as hostages when they are surrounded by the police. Among the hostages, there is a terrorist with a hidden bomb. In order to escape, the robbers ask the hostages to pretend to be part of the gang. Surprisingly, the hostages soon enjoy doing so. On that strange day, the bank becomes a tropical paradise...
