Since my shows are often very different from night to night and since I've sat in an editing room with a recording and thought; “F*ck, sh*t, that joke was much better the last time I did it”, this time I made the decision to record the show in Horsens, Odense, Aarhus and Copenhagen and cut the 4 shows together into one. Omar Marzouk - War, terror and other funny stuff

The show “War, terror and other funny things” by comedian Omar Marzouk played to full houses in Denmark in the spring of 2005 and more than 15,000 people saw the 90-minute show, which was immortalized on DVD in Det Ny Teater. It's controversial and hilarious, and there are plenty of extras. Since then, Omar has performed to packed houses at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the world's biggest comedy festival. The show was received with enthusiasm by both the audience and critics from several British newspapers. A number of the country's best comedians interrupted their Easter holidays and took to the stage for a good cause in 'Grin til gavn' (Laugh for a Cause) – Save the Children's comedy show. The hosts of this comical extravaganza are Ane Høgsberg and Martin Nørgaard.

The two experienced comedians Torben Chris and Thomas Hartmann have often been accused of being male chauvinists - a baseless and unfair label... according to them. In response to the accusations, they decided in 2011 to create a show that would be what it would look like if the accusations were true. Adding mustaches and an obvious twinkle in their eye, the two comedians engage in almost two hours of complaining about women's monumental lack of logic, and it's very funny - even according to the countless women who watched the show live. Thus, www.funnyhaha.dk's (female) reviewer gave the show six stars. The show differs from the majority of stand-up shows in that Torben and Thomas are on stage together most of the time. This gives the show a special life in the form of dialog-based transitions and additions that arose as improvisation along the way. In addition to the show itself, which was recorded at Comedy ZOO in Copenhagen in October 2011, the DVD contains lots of extras.

Jacob Taarnhøj: Comedy Special

Jacob Taarnhøj is a true verbal acrobat, and his unique storytelling style makes him a real treat to watch on stage. He's a comedian who's definitely worth keeping an eye on after his breakthrough in 2017 when he won the coveted "Talent Award" at the Zulu Comedy Gala. Den Ægte Vare: Live i Cirkusbygningen

In the spring of 2002, six of Denmark's best stand-up comedians joined forces under the name Den Ægte Vare. The goal was to show the audience six different styles in the original form of stand-up - completely stripped of “borrowed” jokes and clap-friendly song numbers. Through 24 shows, Varen delivered the goods in sold-out theaters across the country. The tour ended with 3 nights in the circus building, and this recording is the first of these shows.

The comic spotlight is turned on the audience when Rimmer's playful interest in Denmark and the Danes teasingly pokes fun at the audience.

Morten Wichmann: Gangsta

My newest (and actually best) one-man show. The show is about money, women, drugs, and a whole lot more. It's a slightly more personal show than the others, but still wrapped in silliness, a touch of satire and a lot of stupid attitude. It was recorded January 2020 at the Bremen Theater in Copenhagen in front of an awesome audience. I'm pretty damn happy with the result, the mood, the expression, and the little frame story, so I hope you'll enjoy it.

Jonatan Spang: Spark i Løgsuppen

Following last year's large-scale tour Jonatan Spangs Familie, you now have the opportunity to see it on a smaller scale and in a more traditional format – a classic stand-up club night. Jonatan wants to return to his roots before returning to Nørrebro Teater to perform in the spring. The title, "Spark i løgsuppen" (Kick in the onion soup), is taken from a statement made by Pia Kærsgaard earlier this year. She said that she would like to be Minister of Culture and, in that connection, was very critical of many prominent Danish artists.
