Primal Scream: The Lost Memphis Tapes

He talks about his passion for music and how to keep creativity on the right track. In the early 90s the UK music scene was changing - with Oasis and Blur emerging, this alternative rock band was recording in Memphis but suddenly sounded out of step with the music scene.

Kylie Minogue: Kiss Me Once - Live at the SSE Hydro

The show was filmed during her "Kiss Me Once Tour" at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow and directed by William Baker. The official cover of this video is a slightly silhouetted image of Kylie performing "Les Sex" on a giant lip couch. The video was released on 23 March 2015. The DVD/Blu-ray also includes "Sleepwalker", a short film which was played before each show started, and screen projections for "In My Arms", "Skirt", "Chasing Ghosts", "Sexercize" and "Can't Get You Out of My Head".

High Rise and Fall

His vision was based on architect Le Corbusier's ideas and inspired him to transform the Gorbals into a Modernist Utopia. The film is about the life and times of one building told by some of the people involved in its history. The block was dynamited in 1993 amidst controversy and the death of a spectator. It is mentioned in Pevsner's Notable Buildings of Britain. This film was shown on BBC Scotland's Ex-S strand in 1993. Produced by May Miller and directed by Conrad Blakemore. After all, the whole project is just the prequel to a "wedding in old age" that the aforementioned Trude and her groom Heinz want to celebrate.

Six stories on the poor state of humanity, told with humour and rare imagination to the accompaniment of a pulsating soundtrack from Amon Tobin. A woeful burlesque set in the present by one of Europe’s most original contemporary filmmakers.

A Primeira Missa ou Tristes Tropeços, Enganos e Urucum

On set, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, a stressed film director begins another day of filming, reproducing the celebration of the first mass in Brazil. Suddenly three strange agents emerge from the forest and abruptly interrupt the scene. Authoritarians, they confiscate the filmed negatives. The paranoid director grumbles: "Are they from the government?". The execution of the film is compromised. Will the director in trouble be able to complete his film?
