Chor Machaaye Shor

Two Drops of Water

Ganga Singh (Jalal Agha), newly married to Gauri (Simi Garewal), brings his wife to his village where he lives with his father Hari Singh (Sajjan), and sister Sonki (Madhu Chanda). The village is suffering from drought and villagers have to travel a long distance to get water. Ganga Singh hears of a dam being constructed and leaves his wife to join in the building of it. His family goes through misfortunes, with his father dying and his sister being raped by the dacoit Mangal Singh. Ganga himself dies preventing a disaster at the dam. The dam is eventually built bringing greenery to an arid region. His wife bears a son and lives on in the village.

Ek Dil Sau Afsane

Shekhar's maternal grandmother loves him dearly, but she is also very religious and firm in her beliefs. Convinced that every man must have a male heir to carry on the family's name, she will only permit Shekhar to marry a woman who will bear him a son. Shekhar wants to marry Sunita, but an astrologer tells the grandmother that Sunita cannot bear any children, and so she disapproves of her. However, Shekhar and Sunita marry anyway.

Pyaar Ka Saagar

Bishen raises his brother Kishen, who falls in love with Radham but loses vision after learning about her marriage. Bishen convinces Radha to undergo eye surgery.

Lootmaar

The robbers were masked, but one of them had a tear in his shoe and another was wearing a locket, very similar to the one worn by his wife. Bhagat's inquiries take him to the northernmost hilly regions of India, where he must confront the past, as well as seek out the elusive killers and bring them to justice, not knowing that in so doing he will be endangering the life of his son.

Phandebaaz

Raajkumar Kakkar, a poor young man who resembles Rana Shantidas, a wealthy man, impersonates him and enjoys his credit to have all facilities. He falls in love with Shanti, a rich girl and discloses his true identity. The rich father refuses to accept him, but Shanti marries him. Rana Shantidas, who is in fact being blackmailed by his minister, swaps places with Raajkumar. The latter finds himself the target of a bloody pot. Kailash Sharma is found guilty of sexually molesting Shanno and killing Dheeraj Kumar Verma, and sentenced to be hanged by the Jammu & Kashmir Sessions Court. After his appeals at both High and Supreme Courts fail, he asks his wife, Seema, to take their daughter, Pinky, and re-locate elsewhere. Seema and Pinky re-locate to Bombay where she takes up sewing to make a living. She befriends their neighbor, Ratan, and both get married. 14 years later Pinky has grown up and has a boyfriend, Vikram, who she wants to marry. Meanwhile, Kailash, who is still alive as his sentence was changed to life imprisonment, arrives in Bombay to look for his family. After sometime he does find them but decides not to interfere in their lives as they appear to be happy. But when Seema finds out she goes to meet him secretly - a visit that will set off a chain of events that will end up drastically changing their lives forever.
