The story takes place in a small village surrounded by hills and valleys. Young Pappu, a teenager, awaiting school results to go to college, has plenty of time on hand. His trouble is adolescence, but neither his mother nor his aunt can diagnose his affliction. Everything around him excites and stimulates his sexual curiosity. Twenty plus Rathi, the girl next door, has been chechi (elder sister) to him since he was a child. Unaware of the stirrings of his desire, she dismisses his first overtures to her as boyish pranks. But soon her feelings change. She is sympathetic to the boy's confusion and goes to the sarppakkavu (cobra-shrine) to keep a midnight date with Pappu. It storms and thunders while Pappu makes love to Rathi. Only then do the storms—the one tormenting him inside his mind and the other raging thunderously on the outside, subside. Fem danske stand-up komikere flygtede landet rund i foråret 2003. Flugten førte dem gennem 20 danske byer, hvor de nåede at lave 29 shows for mere end 16.000 publikummer. Lørdag den 5. april lagde Magasinet i Odense scene til showet med Carsten BAng, Lasse Rimmer, Omar Marzouk, Mikael Wulff og Sebastian Dørset. Samme aften blev showet optaget på video. Og et stykke tid senere blev det så udgivet. Og lige om lidt, så køber du det. Og så kan du se det igen og igen og måske ringe til dine venner og sige: "Kom og se det der 'Fem På Flugt' sammen med mig", og mens du venter på de kommer, kan du lige se det igen, før i allesammen ser det sammen. Og bagefter, der kan i så hygge jer med lige at se det igen. Eller måske bare hygge jer med lidt yatzy og en god gang svensk pølseret. Det er sådan set op til jer selv. Anyway, køb det her show. The Marshal's Daughter

To fully appreciate the western comedy The Marshal's Daughter, one must be aware that its star, a zaftig, wide-eyed lass named Laurie Anders, was in 1953 a popular TV personality. A regular on The Ken Murray Show, Anders had risen to fame with the Southern-fried catchphrase "Ah love the wi-i-i-ide open spaces!" Striking while the iron was hot, the entrepreneurial Murray produced this inexpensive oater, which cast Anders as Laurie Dawson, the singing daughter of a U.S. marshal (Hoot Gibson). Teaming with her dad to capture outlaw Trigger Gans (Bob Duncan), Laurie briefly disguises herself as a masked bandit. Amidst much stock footage from earlier westerns and a plethora of lame jokes and dreadful puns, The Marshal's Daughter is a treat for trivia buffs, featuring such virile actors as Preston S. Foster, Johnny Mack Brown, Jimmy Wakely and Buddy Baer as "themselves."
