WCW WrestleWar 1991: WarGames took place on February 24, 1991 from the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona. This was the first PPV after WCW left the NWA. The main event was The Four Horsemen and Larry Zbyszko against Sting, Brian Pillman, and The Steiner Brothers in a WarGames match. Also on the card was The Freebirds challenging Doom for the WCW World Tag Team Championship, Dan Spivey challenging Lex Luger for the WCW US Heavyweight Championship, Stan Hansen vs Big Van Vader, Dustin Rhodes vs Buddy Landel, and five other matches.

WCW/New Japan Supershow I (known as Starrcade 1991 in Tokyo Dome in Japan) took place on March 21, 1991 from the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. It aired in North America in April 1991. The main event was Ric Flair defending the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against Tatsumi Fujinami. The Great American Bash (1985) took place on July 6, 1985 at the American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The main event was a steel cage match for the NWA World Television Championship with Tully Blanchard defending the title against Dusty Rhodes. Nikita Koloff challenged for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship against Ric Flair with David Crockett as the special guest referee. The Great American Bash '88 was the fourth annual Great American Bash professional wrestling event produced by Jim Crockett Promotions under the NWA banner and the first to be produced as a pay-per-view event. Vengeance (2004) was the fourth annual Vengeance PPV. It was presented by AT&T and took place on July 11, 2004 from the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, Connecticut and featured talent from the Raw brand. The main event was Chris Benoit versus Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship. The predominant match on the card was Randy Orton versus Edge for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Sin was a professional wrestling PPV event produced by WCW that replaced WCW's January PPV event, Souled Out. It took place on January 14, 2001 from the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The main event was for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship between defending champ Scott Steiner, Sid Vicious, Jeff Jarrett, and Animal in a Four Corners match. The main match on the undercard was between Totally Buffed (Lex Luger and Buff Bagwell) and Goldberg and DeWayne Bruce, in a retirement match. Other matches included General Rection defending the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Shane Douglas in a first blood match, The Insiders defending the WCW World Tag Team Championships against The Natural Born Thrillers,a triple threat match for the WCW Hardcore Championship between defending champ Terry Funk against Crowbar & Meng, and 5 other matches including one for the WCW Commissioners position between Mike Sanders and Ernest Miller.

WCW SuperBrawl Revenge

SuperBrawl Revenge took place on February 18, 2001 from the Nashville Municipal Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. This was the last Superbrawl event and the penultimate WCW pay-per-view before the WWF purchased WCW in March 2001. Along with SuperBrawl IV, it was one of only two SuperBrawls never released on home video. The main event featured Scott Steiner defending the WCW World Heavyweight Championship against Kevin Nash in a Falls Count Anywhere Two out of Three Falls Retirement match. Also on the card was Jeff Jarrett vs Diamond Dallas Page, Kanyon vs Diamond Dallas Page, Totally Buffed vs Brian Adams in a Hanndicap match, Rick Steiner defending the WCW US Heavyweight Championship against Dustin Rhodes, Chavo Guerrero defending the WCW Cruiserweight Championship against Rey Misterio Jr, and three other matches.

Greed was the final PPV event from World Championship Wrestling (replacing the promotion's March PPV event Uncensored which was held from 1995 to 2000). It took place on March 18, 2001 from the Jacksonville Memorial Coliseum in Jacksonville, Florida. The PPV event took place eight days before the final episode of Monday Nitro. The main event of Greed was Scott Steiner defending the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in a Fallas Count Anywhere match against Diamond Dallas Page. Rick Steiner defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Booker T, Chavo Guerrero defended the WCW Cruiserweight Championship against Shane Helms, and The Natural Born Thrillers defended the WCW World Tag Team Championships against Totally Buffed.
