The show will be headlined by a tag team match, with Kazuchika Okada & Hiroshi Tanahashi facing Jay White & Bad Luck Fale. As was announced at Dominion, new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay will defend his title against Robbie Eagles in Melbourne. Ospreay, who won this year's Best of the Super Juniors tournament, defeated Dragon Lee to win the IWGP Junior Heavyweight title at Dominion. Ospreay then went to the English commentary table and said that he wanted his first defence to be against Eagles. IWGP Tag Team Champions Guerrillas of Destiny will face Juice Robinson & Mikey Nicholls in a non-title match in Melbourne, and Rocky Romero is taking on El Phantasmo in a Best of the Super Juniors rematch

NXT Great American Bash 2022

The 2022 NXT: The Great American Bash was the tenth Great American Bash professional wrestling event produced by WWE, and 24th Great American Bash event overall. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT brand division. The event aired as a special episode of WWE's weekly television series NXT, broadcast on the USA Network. It took place on July 5, 2022, at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

AEW All Out

All Out was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by All Elite Wrestling. It took place on September 4, 2022 in Illinois, and featured fifteen matches, including four on the Zero Hour pre-show. In the main event, CM Punk defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Championship for a second time. Chris Jericho also won a match against Bryan Danielson, The Elite defeated "Hangman" Adam Page and The Dark Order to win the inaugural AEW World Trios Championship, and MJF made a surprise return and won the Casino Ladder match. The event received mixed to positive reviews and was also notable for a post-show altercation between CM Punk, The Elite, and Ace Steel, leading to suspensions and the stripping of championships.

The 2024 Hard To Kill was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling. CZW Cage of Death 1

The first Cage Of Death was held on October 16, 1999, in Mantua, NJ where Lobo defeated Justice Pain in the first Cage of Death match for the Iron Man title. The first Cage of Death that could be a separate built unit or put on a ring with the ropes taken down. Two parallel sides of the cage are made of steel chain link fencing and the two others are made of steel bars. Inside the cage, littered in a ring, and attached to cage walls are full of different weapons (barbed wire, glass panes, cacti, tables, ladders, light tubes, trash cans, etc.) There is a scaffold across the top of the cage and elevated barbed wire boards on the outside of the ring.

CZW Cage of Death II - After Dark

Cage of Death II took place in Sewell, New Jersey on September 9, 2000. That night the Cage was host to two matches. In the first match, then CZW World champion Lobo defeated Zandig to retain his title. Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) wrestler Ryuji Yamakawa had hit the ring during the match and Zandig (who had spent lots of time that year wrestling for BJW) had lost due to Yamakawa's interference. The second Cage of Death was same cage as Cage of Death but its explosively electrified.

AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door was a co-produced professional wrestling event featuring American promotion AEW and Japanese promotion NJPW. It took place on June 26, 2022 at the United Center in Chicago and featured 13 matches, including 4 on the pre-show. In the main event, Jon Moxley defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi to become the interim AEW World Champion. Other notable matches included Jay White defeating Adam Page, Kazuchika Okada, and Adam Cole in a four-way match to retain the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, Pac becoming the inaugural AEW All-Atlantic Champion in a four-way match, and Claudio Castagnoli making his AEW debut by defeating Zack Sabre Jr. The event also featured special appearances by Juice Robinson and Katsuyori Shibata.

WWE Survivor Series 1988

Survivor Series (1988) was the second annual Survivor Series pay-per-view professional wrestling event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on November 24, 1988 (Thanksgiving night in the United States) and was held at the Richfield Coliseum, in Richfield, Ohio. The main event was a ten-man Survivor Series match between a team captained by The Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan and WWF Champion Randy Savage) and a team captained by The Twin Towers (Akeem and The Big Boss Man). Hogan and Savage were the sole "survivors" of the match. The undercard featured three Survivor Series matches between mid-card wrestlers.

The 2023 Night of Champions is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and live-streaming event produced by WWE. This will be the 10th Night of Champions event, the first since the 2015 event, and the first to live stream on Peacock. The first main event was a singles match for the WWE Championship that featured the champion, Triple H, defending against Randy Orton. The second was a Triple Threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship, between defedning champion Edge against John Cena & Big Show. The third main event was The Undertaker versus Shawn Michaels. Featured matches on the undercard included, Jeff Hardy versus Matt Hardy in an Extreme Rules match, Chris Jericho versus the team of Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat and Jimmy Snuka, and the annual Money in the Bank ladder match featuring Kane, MVP, Mark Henry, Shelton Benjamin, Kofi Kingston, CM Punk, Christian, & Finlay. With an attendance of 72,744, it is the 6th largest attendance in WrestleMania history.

Superargo vs Diabolicus

After accidentally killing an opponent in the ring, masked wrestler Superargo quits wrestling and, following the advice of his friend Col. Alex Kinski of the Secret Service, becomes a secret agent, using his superhuman abilities to stop villain Diabolicus' plans to wreck the global economy by turning uranium into gold.

NWA Starrcade '85: The Gathering

NWA Starrcade '85: The Gathering was the third annual Starrcade professional wrestling event produced by Jim Crockett Promotions under the NWA banner. It took place on November 28, 1985 from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina and The Omni in Atlanta, Georgia. The main event was between Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Their feud escalated when Flair broke Rhodes' ankle in September. After the event, Flair formed the Four Horsemen stable, and continued to feud with Rhodes. Other matches included Magnum T.A. and Tully Blanchard in an "I Quit" steel cage match for the NWA United States Heavyweight Championship, and The Rock 'n' Roll Express and the team of Ivan and Nikita Koloff in a Steel Cage Match for the NWA World Tag Team Championship.
