Red Velvet 2nd Concert “REDMARE” in JAPAN

Korean girl group, Red Velvet. From the first arena tour, the final performance at Yokohama Arena in January 2019 will be broadcast. Red Velvet, a 5-member girl group that made its debut in South Korea in 2014. Its ability is also known overseas, and in December 2018, two albums and two mini-albums released from 2015 to 2017 won the first place on the US Billboard "World Album Chart". Has achieved the feat that the lead song with the same name as the album "RBB" is ranked No. 1 on the "Heat Seekers Album Chart" and "World Digital Song Sales Chart". Their first arena tour "Red Velvet ARENA TOUR in JAPAN" REDMARE "" was held. We will deliver the final performance on January 30, 2019 from Yokohama Arena 2days after the round in Fukuoka and Kobe. Stay tuned for the up-and-coming performance of the K-POP girls group that is sweeping the billboard.

Seven Samurai

A Spectacular Showdown

One of the great stories from Japan’s rich history comes to life in this true tale of the bloody showdown between two rival yakuza gangs in the 1840’s. The battle between Boss Sukegoro of Iioka and Boss Shigezo of Sasagawa has been portrayed many times, most notably in the first Zatoichi film, where the blind man befriends the tubercular ronin Hirate Miki, before cutting him down in one of the great duels in cinema history. This all-star extravaganza pulls out all the stops, with appearances by virtually all of the great actors and actresses from Toei’s studio at the time. Ichikawa Utaemon’s portrayal of the kind-hearted, noble yakuza boss Shigezo of Sasagawa contrasts sharply with the devious Sukegoro of Iioka. Corrupt as he may have been, his men were all willing to give up their lives for him.

Signal Fires of Shanghai

During the Taiping Rebellion of the mid-19th century, anti-Qing (Manchu) Chinese forces led by Taiping commander Li Xiucheng march on Shanghai. Although the Western powers are officially neutral, the British consul in Shanghai sides with the Qing imperial government, and counter to his own government's policy he retains American adventurer Frederick Townsend Ward to raise a mercenary force of foreigners in Shanghai and oppose the Taipings. Ward's force is routed, with heavy casualties, but since many of the casualties are British, the British army soon is drawn in on the side of the Qings. The only support for the Chinese comes from Japanese in Shanghai and anti-imperialist demonstrations in Japan. A family drama plays out against this historical background. After a Chinese home is destroyed by careless British shelling, killing the father and crippling a daughter, the surviving son vows revenge but begins to see that his true friends may be the Japanese.
