Talegaver Til Børn celebrated its 15th anniversary in December 2007 with three sold-out shows at Forum. The FBI's annual charity show was produced in collaboration with Unicef. For 15 years, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, people have been able to laugh for a good cause in the company of the country's best stand-up comedians, and the 2007 shows definitely lived up to the success of previous years.

Mark Lé Fevre: Heldig

With the show HELDIG, Mark is on a mission he describes as: “To bring the laughter back when there's sometimes not a hell of a lot to laugh about”. HELDIG is about getting a chance to embrace the bumps in the road instead of always painting the devil on the wall. The idea for the new one-man show HELDIG actually originated in BØVL, where he worked with the moral: “that it doesn't pay to worry, because your greatest fears rarely come true”. As it turned out, this moral had a tragicomic outcome in the comedian's own life. A week after the show premiered on TV, Mark got the news from his doctor that they thought he had cancer. "The human in me was scared, but the comedian in me was deeply impressed by the timing! Two things are certain: 1: I can't wait to get out there with my new show. 2: I don't dare bring a big moral" - says an otherwise fit-for-fight Mark le Fêvre.

Simon Talbot: Optur

Rune Klan: Det Blå Show

In “The Blue Show”, Rune Klan jumps out of the magic closet and tells us about his relationship to - and with - tricks from the subtle world of secret magic. This time, magic has been given a larger place in the show than before. A more stylish show than ever before, including a guest appearance by Danish electronic music wunderkind Mike Sheridan. But also with lots of crazy and makeshift effects, as we know it from Rune's universe. The two experienced comedians Torben Chris and Thomas Hartmann have often been accused of being male chauvinists - a baseless and unfair label... according to them. In response to the accusations, they decided in 2011 to create a show that would be what it would look like if the accusations were true. Adding mustaches and an obvious twinkle in their eye, the two comedians engage in almost two hours of complaining about women's monumental lack of logic, and it's very funny - even according to the countless women who watched the show live. Thus, www.funnyhaha.dk's (female) reviewer gave the show six stars. The show differs from the majority of stand-up shows in that Torben and Thomas are on stage together most of the time. This gives the show a special life in the form of dialog-based transitions and additions that arose as improvisation along the way. In addition to the show itself, which was recorded at Comedy ZOO in Copenhagen in October 2011, the DVD contains lots of extras.

Christian Fuhlendorff - Outstanding

Now that all the boring and practical stuff is out of the way, I'll tell you a bit about the show. Well, I'm not going to tell you what the show is about. You'll have to go and see it. But I can tell you a bit about how it was recorded, because it's a bit different from what you're used to. Since my shows are often very different from night to night and since I've sat in an editing room with a recording and thought; “F*ck, sh*t, that joke was much better the last time I did it”, this time I made the decision to record the show in Horsens, Odense, Aarhus and Copenhagen and cut the 4 shows together into one. Whether it was a good decision, I'll leave it up to you to judge, I'm certainly very satisfied. So all I can say is, enjoy... that is, if you pick it up.
