Les Paul - Live in New York

This Final Performance Tribute began on Les Paul's 90th birthday when luminaries from the musical world gathered to celebrate at New York's historic Iridium Jazz Club. Les and friends jammed every Monday for the next four years until the legend left us. Great moments from many of those cool sessions are presented in this tribute to the man who created a sonic boom with the solid-body electric guitar. About the Collector's Edition: Les jams live with special guests like Keith Richards, Steve Miller, and José Feliciano. Melissa, 19, calls her boyfriend from a small public rest room, leaving two frantic messages, begging him to meet her there. She walks into an abortion clinic waiting room. Looking at the stricken faces of other women waiting, she must consider whether to stay or run.

The Last Ferry

One of the passengers on a ship carrying Poles on a cruise in December 1981 is a dissident high school teacher sent abroad by Solidarity. He is under surveillance of the secret police, anxious to get their hands on the info that he is carrying. When the ship is in the middle of the Baltic sea, martial law is declared and the ship is militarized. The captain announces he will turn and return the home port. Many anguished passengers put the life vests on and jump into the sea, where they are picked up by two German ships. The teacher, however, decides to return to Poland and continue the struggle for freedom.

Born in 1918 in the ideal village of independence activists in the northern part of Manchuria, pastor Moon Ik-hwan lost his childhood friend Yun Dong-ju under Japanese oppression and Chang Chun-ha during the Yusin regime. Moon survived the mass of modern Korean history, giving hope everywhere suffering.

Talented chef Rose Holland advertises for a telephone company to raise money for her own restaurant. Disguised as an English telephone box, she bumps into an attractive man who literally blows her away.

Well Oiled

While travelling along a woodland highway, Woody's car runs out of gas. He intends to get some more by siphoning some from a nearby car, not realizing the car belongs to policeman Wally Walrus who immediately chases the bird. Woody temporarily eludes Wally by disguising himself as a gas station attendant who fills Wally's car to the brim with water! When Woody's disguise is uncovered, the two duel with grease guns.
