Talaash: The Hunt Begins

Babu works for three underworld dons and must go to prison to protect them. When his sentence is over, he returns home to find that Purnima (his wife), Arjun (his son) and Pooja (his daughter) live a destitute life. When he confronts his bosses, he is beheaded in front of his wife and children, and his daughter is abducted. Purnima (Raakhee) loses her mind, and is hospitalized in a mental hospital. Thus, Arjun decides to re-unite his mother and sister. In order to do so, he must discover the identity of his father's killers.

The Past

The movie chronicles the life of Simran, a young and upcoming novelist, who, one day, receives a call from Yuvraj, an owner of a publishing house. He asks Simran to write a book on a plot idea he has, for which, she, along with her younger sister, Alia, goes to their Lonavala bungalow. The arrival of the sisters triggers the onset of some deep, dark secrets of the past.

Sahhas

Kishinchand is a Customs Officer based in Bombay. He has been assigned to infiltrate and expose a gang of smugglers and drug dealers headed by two gangsters named Jaggan and Ajay Kumar. When Ajay's brother, Vijay, becomes a Police Informer, he is shot dead by Ajay, who not only regrets his death, but also is feeling guilty about his son taking to drugs. When his son succumbs to an overdose, Vijay starts to provide information to the police with the hope of ending all criminal activity by Jaggan and his men. He does succeed considerably, only to have his daughter, Rajni, abducted and held for ransom. Vijay agrees to testify against Jaggan only if the Police and Kishinchand locate Rajni first. The question is will Kishinchand be able to locate Rajni before Jaggan and his men kill her, and even if so, there is no guarantee that Ajay will long, especially when a brutal killer, Billa, who has never failed any assignment, has been hired to kill him at any and all costs.

Reshma Aur Shera

Reshma and Shera love each other in spite of the feud that exists between their families. Chhotu, Shera's brother, kills Reshma's family. When Shera gets the news, he plans to kill Chhotu.
