WWE Survivor Series 1989

The 1989 WWE Survivor Series was the third annual Survivor Series professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the World Wrestling Federation. It took place on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 1989 at The Rosemont Horizon in Rosemont, Illinois. This was the first Survivor Series event to feature team names. It was also the first Survivor Series to feature four-on-four tag matches instead of five-on-five. The main event was a four-on-four Survivor Series match where The Ultimate Warriors faced The Heenan Family. The undercard also featured Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Matches.

Rocky II

After Rocky goes the distance with champ Apollo Creed, both try to put the fight behind them and move on. Taboo Tuesday (2004) was a PPV presented by AT&T which took place on October 19, 2004 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was the first annual Taboo Tuesday event, marking the first time in which the fans were given the chance to vote on stipulations for the matches. The voting for the event started on October 18, 2004 and ended during the event. The event starred wrestlers from the Raw brand. The main event was a Steel cage match, which is fought in a cage with four sheets of mesh metal around, in, or against the edges of the wrestling ring, in which Randy Orton competed against Ric Flair. Two bouts were featured on the undercard. At Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall, Tomohiro Ishii lost a tag team match to Minoru Suzuki. After the match Suzuki and Ishii brawled because of this not only was a tag team title match was made but another match where Ishii will defend the RPW British Heavyweight Championship against Suzuki. At Sakura Genesis, Kazuchika Okada defeated Zack Sabre Jr. to retain the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. At Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall Sabre Jr. defeated the Chaos team of Ishii and Yano in a tag match. Because of this victory a Sakura Genesis rematch was made for the show between Okada and Sabre Jr. Jay White was originally announced as going up against Chris Brookes, but as Brookes fell ill, he was replaced with Kyle Fletcher.

Invasion (also typeset as InVasion) was a PPV that took place on July 22, 2001 at the Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Rebellion (2001) took place on November 3, 2001 at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The main event was a WWF Championship match featuring Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. The WCW Championship was also on the line between Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle. The WCW Tag Titles were defended by the Dudley Boyz in a Triangle match against the APA and The Hardy Boyz. The final title on the line was a Steel Cage match for the Intercontinental Title between former partners Edge and Christian.

Vengeance (2001) was the first annual Vengeance PPV. It was presented by Lugz and took place on December 9, 2001 at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, California. The main feature of the event was a three-match tournament to unify the WWF Championship and the unbranded former WCW Championship into what became known as the Undisputed Championship. Stone Cold Steve Austin competed against kurt Angle in the first match for the WWF Championship. Chris Jericho then competed against the Rock for the World Championship. The winners of those two matches then fought for the Undisputed Championship title. In the undercard, The Hardcore Championship was defended by Rob Van Dam against The Undertaker, Edge defended the Intercontinental Championship against William Regal, Big Show and Kane challenged The Dudley Boyz for the Tag team Championship belts, and Trish Stratus fought Jacqueline for the Women's Championship.

WWE Insurrextion 2001

Insurrextion (2001) took place on May 5, 2001 at Earls Court in London, England. The main event was a handicap match with The Undertaker facing Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H. In a Queen's Cup match, Chris Jericho faced William Regal. Chris Benoit fought Kurt Angle in a two out of three falls match. There was also a Fatal Four-Way Elimination match between The Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian, The Dudley Boyz, and X-Factor.

It took place on April 18, 2004 at the Rexall Place in Edmonton, Alberta and was a Raw brand-exclusive event. The main event was a Triple Threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship involving reigning champion Chris Benoit, Triple H, and Shawn Michaels, which Benoit. One of the predominant matches on the card was Randy Orton versus Cactus Jack in a Hardcore match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Orton won the match and retained the title after pinning Cactus following an RKO. Another primary match on the undercard was Edge versus Kane, which Edge won by pinfall after executing a spear.

The main event was a Hell in a Cell match, in which Triple H challenged Shawn Michaels in a ring surrounded by a steel structure of metal. Two bouts were featured on the undercard. The main event from the Raw brand was a World Heavyweight Championship match between Triple H and Scott Steiner. WWE Insurrextion (2003) took place on June 7, 2003 at the Telewest Arena in Newcastle, England, UK. The Main event was a Street Fight between Triple H (with Ric Flair) and Kevin Nash (with Shawn Michaels), with loads of match ups including Jazz defended the WWE Women's Championship in a divas match against Trish Stratus.

WWE Bad Blood 2003

Bad Blood (2003) was a PPV presented by Maxim Hair Color, which took place on June 15, 2003 at the Compaq Center in Houston, Texas. A second main event featured John Cena returning from injury much earlier than anticipated to face Alberto Del Rio for his World Heavyweight Championship. The third primary feud pits CM Punk against Paul Heyman and his wrestler clients, with CM Punk winning a match and forcing Paul Heyman to join Ryback in a handicap Hell in a Cell match against Punk.

The featured matches on the undercard were Jeff Hardy versus Carlito for the WWE Intercontinental Championship and Lita versus Mickie James in a Diva Lumberjack match for the WWE Women's Championship.

ECW December to Dismember

December to Dismember (2006) was a PPV event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), which took place on December 3, 2006 at the James Brown Arena in Augusta, Georgia. The event starred wrestlers from the ECW brand . The main attraction on the event card was an Extreme Elimination Chamber match for the ECW World Championship. The six participants were defending champion Big Show, Bobby Lashley, Rob Van Dam, Hardcore Holly, CM Punk and Test. The featured bout on the undercard was a tag team bout between The Hardys and MNM (Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro). No Way Out (2007) was the ninth annual No Way Out PPV event. Greed was the final PPV event from World Championship Wrestling (replacing the promotion's March PPV event Uncensored which was held from 1995 to 2000). It took place on March 18, 2001 from the Jacksonville Memorial Coliseum in Jacksonville, Florida. The PPV event took place eight days before the final episode of Monday Nitro. The main event of Greed was Scott Steiner defending the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in a Fallas Count Anywhere match against Diamond Dallas Page.
