Bloody Sundae

A vampire fan-girl, lost in the woods and searching for a Dairy Queen, stumbles across a cannibal whom she excitedly mistakes for a vampire. Flabbergasted, the cannibal decides to play along with the fan-girl's delusions by claiming he is a vampire and inviting her to his cabin, where he plans on killing and eating her. The fan-girl, none the wiser, excitedly accepts.

Chucky's Family Vacation

Chucky, Tiffany and Glen spend some family time together and watch a slide show of their family vacation while waiting for a pizza delivery.

The Room

Sam wakes up in a cold, metal-covered room with a long streak of blood flowing from the door. The blood trail leads to a mutilated body. The body is her boyfriend lying in the corner of the room. Obviously frightened, she still mysteriously knows where she is and whom an ominous, forceful voice on an intercom belongs to. It's her father's voice. She stays in the room as punishment, and how long until she gets out she doesn't know. Hours become days. Days become weeks. In the room, Sam finds solace in talking to her nine-year-old sister through a latch built into the bottom of the room's door. This keeps herself occupied and her mind focused to prevent reoccurring flashes she has of her late mother's death. Meanwhile, the voice gives her instructions to take white pills that put her to sleep. Sam slowly pieces together fragmented memories she has from her past, and begins to understand why she stays locked in this room, for what lies inside of her cannot be let free.

Death

One of three films made as part of the multi-media project ‘Doem, Dood & Verderf’ (2017) by Mees Joachim, chronicling the most traumatic moments from three of their prior long-term relationships. This multi-media project took the form of twelve 100x65cm illustrations, 4 per relationship, an EP released as Pink Boah (Zalmroze in collaboration with Jerboah) and three experimental films backed by the three title tracks from the Pink Boah EP. Each of the three films is a self-projected character study, with the three relationships being depicted and acted out, by the artist and a placeholder model, through physical performance and touch. Visually it is most in line with the artist’s photographic series "The Gaze Upon The Male Gaze”, made for Sauce Magazine, with both the films and that photo series being highly sexploitative in nature.
