Story chronologically starts and ends at the same place / with shot of the tree, hence the palindrome name/title). At the end of story, Peter comes to terms with loss of his family and hopes for better future.

I, Robot

In 2035, where robots are commonplace and abide by the three laws of robotics, a technophobic cop investigates an apparent suicide. Suspecting that a robot may be responsible for the death, his investigation leads him to believe that humanity may be in danger.

Solar Crisis

A huge solar flare is predicted to fry the Earth. Astronauts aboard the spaceship Helios must go to the Sun to drop a bomb equipped with an Artificial Intelligence and a Japanese pilot at the right time so the flare will point somewhere else.
