The Island of Giant Insects

Mutsumi found the other survivors, and used her wilderness knowledge to help them. She expects that they will be rescued in about three days, which doesn't seem so long to endure. However, she didn't account for the fact that the island is populated with gigantic killer insects. Her knowledge of butterflies, wasps, and more may be the only thing that will help any of her classmates survive to be rescued!

Cuticule

Violette lives in an apartment with her boyfriend. A tension has long driven them apart, the dialogue seems worn-out. While she is in the bathroom brushing her teeth, Violette is called out by a strange silhouette which looks right at her through the drain (of the sink): a living finger, which has taken up residence in the pipes. The finger seems to show itself only when Violette is alone. Her boyfriend, who seems now to hold nothing more than contempt for her, is no source of support. Memory Hotel

Germany, 1945. World War II is nearing its climactic end. Five-year-old Sophie and her parents are refugees fleeing from the advancing Red Army. Meanwhile, Scharf accidentally kills Sophie’s mother and Wassily, a paratrooper, kills her father. Time passes and teenage Sophie works for Soviet soldiers as a kitchen maid in the hotel. Food sometimes disappears, but Sophie finds the culprit: Beckmann, who has been hiding in a corridor beneath the hotel since the war ended. As an adult, Sophie reluctantly marries Wassily and develops a relationship with Beckmann. Decades go by; the Russians leave and Scharf takes over the hotel. Sophie convinces Beckmann to leave, and the pair head for the North Sea, turning their backs on the hotel and its memories.

THE STAR SPORE

THE STAR SPORE is a two sided horror story exploring the effects of a devastating alien entity on both the body and the consciousness of an unfortunate resident of Goldtown, Montana. This project took me around half a year to complete and takes inspiration from books like ‘Hellstar Remina’ and ‘Vermis’ as well as films like ‘The Thing’, ‘Nope’, ‘Lake Mungo’ and ‘Mad God’. This project is not as focussed or linear as my previous projects and I mainly tried to focus on creating smoother animation and more atmospheric scenes.
