NOFX brought the curtain down on four decades of punk mayhem this weekend, as they played their final shows at Berth 46 in Los Angeles. Changing setlist for each gig, California's pharaohs of punk took a varied, often fast and usually silly journey through their massive catalogue, accompanied by a crew of mates including Rancid's Tim Armstrong, Bad Religion's Brett Gurewitz and Foo Fighters' Chris Shiflett. As they finished up on Sunday night (October 6), it ended in typically chaotic fashion, doing The Decline with a host of guests, with Pennywise guitarist Fletcher Dragge smashing the band's instruments. Frontman Fat Mike recently insisted that this would be it for NOFX, with no future reunions ever to happen. A promise such behaviour will help to keep... Before that smashey ending, they turned up to suck live one final time...

The band Fugazi is documented over a period of more than ten years (1987-1998) through performance footage and interviews with the band and their fans. Director Jem Cohen's relationship with band member Ian MacKaye extends back to the 1970s when the two met in high school in Washington, D.C.. The film takes its title from the Fugazi song of the same name, from their 1993 album, In on the Kill Taker. Editing of the film was done by both Cohen and the members of the band over the course of five years. It was shot from 1987 through 1998 on super 8, 16mm and video and is composed mainly of footage of concerts, interviews with the band members, practices, tours and time spent in the studio recording their 1995 album, Red Medicine. Final Tour 2018 ~Finally~ is Namie Amuro's farewell tour before her retirement from the music industry on September 16, 2018. Her final tour, once again spanned the five major domes in Japan, started on February 17, 2018 and concluded on June 3, 2018. The tour took place in Nagoya Dome, Fukuoka Dome, Sapporo Dome, Osaka Dome and ended at Tokyo Dome. The concerts were released on DVD and Blu-ray on August 29th, 2018 and came in five different editions. All of the editions include her final performance at Tokyo Dome as well as her 25th Anniversary concert in Okinawa. Each edition also contains an additional concert (from one of the aforementioned domes) with a distinct directorial theme. This concert was her final performance.
