A mental health doctor goes off on a journey to Thailand with his girlfriend. They live with her friends. She enjoys the vacation and he works at his dissertation in psychiatry. People around seem to him no less sick than in the nuthouse, until he falls in strange circumstances...

Spanky and Alfalfa plot to play hooky so they can go fishing, by pretending that Alfalfa is sick and Spanky should stay with him while the parents are away. The refined sense of taste of the world of visual images is produced in a monotone. The characters transcend dimensions and link to each other…where do they finally end up?
