Lal Baadshah

Lal Baadshah is a 1999 Bollywood film directed by K.C. Bokadia and starring Amitabh Bachchan in a dual role, Raghuvaran, Manisha Koirala, Shilpa Shetty and Amrish Puri. Nirupa Roy also appears in her last film playing Bachchan's foster mother. This was Bachchan's third film since his comeback after a five-year hiatus; it failed at the box office but hit in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Market

Muskaan is a prostitute in one of Hyderabad's brothels, owned by Lalabee. But she is a prostitute not by choice, but bad luck. When she was young her parents married her off to an Arab Sheikh. This marriage was just an arrangement for sexual pleasure. After raping her for 7 days regularly, Sheikh divorces Muskaan. Muskaan's father Barkat Ali commits suicide due to the humiliation he receives after filling a case against Sheikh. Sheikh's assistant hires the best possible advocate and makes sure that Sheikh is released easily and flies back to Dubai. Muskaan's uncle also sexually harasses her. Finally one of the dalals takes her to Lalabee and thus she becomes a prostitute. But fortune brings her to Mumbai. Inspector Sawant Sayaji Shinde takes her to Juicy, a sophisticated gay doing body business. He changes Muskaan to Mallika using two of his best selling prostitutes Liza Suman Rangnathan and Esha. She luckily also meets with Bablu Pande Aryan Vaid who falls in love with her.

Jhumroo

Anjana lives a wealthy lifestyle with her dad, Dwarka Nath, in a hilly region in India. Then she meets with local villager, Jhumroo, and both fall in love with each other. Jhumroo takes her home to introduce her to his mom, Kamla, who approves of her instantly. Jhumroo is heart-broken and goes to meet with Anjana, who does tell him that she loves him, but must obey her father. What Jhumroo and Anjana do not know is that she is not Dwarka's daughter, but is the daughter of Kamla, and abducted at a very young age.

Kaamchor

Suraj has been a slacker all his adult life. He hates any kind of work - rather it's paying or volunteer. One day he gate-crashes a wedding ceremony and finds out that the groom is to live with his In-laws. To his delight, he finds out that the bride has an unmarried sister. Suraj now looks forward to an easy life at his In-laws, but that is not to be so, for Geeta wants to move out. Suraj goes along with Geeta, but then starts showing his true colors, and openly demands a share in his wealthy father-in-law's estate, even if it means taking the family to court.
