The "Mario & Zelda Big Band Live" concert was held on September 14th, 2003, at the Nihon Seinenkan Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The DVD recording of this event was bundled with the Japanese gaming magazine "Nintendo Dream" vol. 101. Mario & Zelda Big Band Live was, as the name suggests, live performances of Mario and Zelda music arranged into jazz, Latin, country, and bluegrass. Placebo: MTV Unplugged

On the 19th of August, Placebo performed a unique one-off show for MTV Unplugged at the London Studios in the UK. Here we present the results of this incredible show.The band were encased in spectacular LED box during the performance, from where they belted out some of their most well-loved tracks such as 'The Bitter End' and 'Every You Every Me.' Some new gems were dropped in for good measure, alongside surprise guests Joan As Police Woman and Majke Voss Romme (Broken Twin). No Placebo show would be complete without some signature cover versions and this set did not disappoint, from the breath-taking opener to the show- Sinead O'Connors 'Jackie' to a melancholy version of Pixies 'Where Is My Mind'

Joe Zawinul & The Zawinul Syndicate: 75th

The quality of keyboardist/composer/bandleader Joe Zawinul's music remained unparalleled to the very end. This titan of the jazz world – whose innovative and genre-bending sensibilities gave rise to such visionary musical entities as Weather Report and the Zawinul Syndicate – took his final bow on September 11, 2007, at age 75 after a battle with cancer. Recorded in concert at a festival date in Lugano, Switzerland, on July 7, 2007, this aptly titled concert video is unwavering proof that Zawinul, like so many great artists, clearly saved some of his best work for last. This is a perfect companion piece to the 75 audio CD, which garnered a GRAMMY in 2010 for Best Contemporary Jazz Album.
