Fired from his band and hard up for cash, guitarist and vocalist Dewey Finn finagles his way into a job as a fifth-grade substitute teacher at a private school, where he secretly begins teaching his students the finer points of rock 'n' roll. The school's hard-nosed principal is rightly suspicious of Finn's activities. But Finn's roommate remains in the dark about what he's doing.

Selena Live! The Last Concert

The concert was recorded on February 26, 1995, at the “Houston Astrodome” and was televised live on Univision. The singer shared the concert with Tejano singer “Emilio Navaira” and performed to 66,994 people, which broke the previous attendance record held by Selena in the previous year. Selena's performance at the Astrodome became her final televised concert before she was shot and killed on March 31, 1995. The set list mostly included material from her "Amor Prohibido" (1994) album and a medley mashup of disco music songs.

Girls Aloud: Out of Control Live from the O2

The UK's greatest girl group filmed the show in May this year at The O2 arena in London. During the 32 date tour Girls Aloud played to approximately half a million people. The live extravaganza was dubbed their best live tour to date by the fans whilst the press raved about it. The London paper said it was their best live tour to date whilst The Times gave the show 4 stars.

Tina!: 50th Anniversary Tour was the eleventh and final concert tour by singer Tina Turner. It was the first tour by Turner in eight years, following her record-breaking "Twenty Four Seven Tour". Eagles: The Broadcast Collection

Featuring almost 2 hours of Eagles live performances recorded during 1973 and 1974, in the first stage of the band's career. Kicking off with a lengthy set the group played at Holland's Popgala Festival on March 10th 1973, a one-off gig the Eagles gave in Europe that spring. The following year they performed in front of the cameras for Don Kirshner's Rock Concert programme, recorded in LA on 19/07/74, a show for which they were joined by old friends Linda Ronstadt and Jackson Browne for a few numbers. Alice In Chains: MTV Unplugged

Alice In Chains returned to the stage after a three year absence with this live acoustic performance in New York on 10th April 1996. The band performed a 13-song set, including, 'Heaven Beside You', 'Rooster' and 'Would?'.

Guitarist Ko-chan is a mess of sexual repression after a childhood at the mercy of two elder sisters eager to use him as a guinea pig for their make-up skills. Bassist Gaku-chan keeps a bucket in the wings for whenever his nerves get the better of him, and drummer Momo-chan is doomed to forever carrying the botched childhood attempts at self-tattooing. It's not until this foursome is forced to look for an additional guitar player after Jin's dad burns his Stratocaster, that attitude and musical ability enter into the equation. Leather-clad, shade-wearing Tani (Tamaki), inseparable from his black Les Paul, is introduced as the king of R'n'R cool and Jinnai keeps him firmly seated on his throne throughout the film, retroactively proclaiming the guitarist, rather than himself, as the band's true hero.

Classic Albums: Steely Dan - Aja

Aja was the biggest selling album of Steely Dan's illustrious career. It was the first album by Donald Fagen and Walter Becker as a duo. Fagen and Becker recall the history of the album, along with Peg, Deacon Blues and Josie. Michael McDonald, later of the Doobie Brothers did guest backing vocals on Aja, the late British musician Ian Dury, record producer Gary Katz and the legendary session musicians who worked on Aja also contribute. This is a vivd portrait of a 70's record that is still as fresh and as memorable more than two decades after its release.
