Battle Royale II: Requiem

It's three years after the events of the original Battle Royale, and Shuya Nanahara is now an internationally-known terrorist determined to bring down the government. His terrorist group, Wild Seven, stages an attack that levels several buildings in Tokyo on Christmas Day, killing 8000 people. In order for the government to study the benefits of "teamwork", the new students work in pairs, with their collars electronically linked so that if one of them is killed, the other dies as well. They must kill Nanahara in three days - or die.

The first, "I Love You, Moo-Moo" (directed by Leroy Salvador), is about a young bride who died on her honeymoon; the second, "Ang Silid" (directed by Lino Brocka) is about an interior decorator who investigates a forbidden room owned by a mysterious woman whose sister was murdered; and the third, "Katumbas ng Kahapon" (directed by Emmanuel Borlaza) follows a young woman torn between her abusive husband and her former lover who returned from the US.

Insanity

A group of twenty somethings meet after a long time, and head to an island for a getaway, class reunion, and a night of partying. During the fateful evening the past begins to haunt them and old grudges from their shared past come to surface. As the night turns awry, they start to fear there might also be something else on the island besides them. During one bloody night old scores are settled, everything is brought to the surface, and revenge is had.

Howards End

A saga of class relations and changing times in an Edwardian England on the brink of modernity, the film centers on liberal Margaret Schlegel, who, along with her sister Helen, becomes involved with two couples: wealthy, conservative industrialist Henry Wilcox and his wife Ruth, and the downwardly mobile working-class Leonard Bast and his mistress Jackie.
