Tribute to the Druze Kamal Jumblatt, Minister of Economy and Agriculture (1946) and founder of the Progressive Socialist Party (PSP) in 1949. He was one of the architects of the departure of President Bechara el-Khoury (1952), before playing a major role in the events of 1958. From 1960 to 1964, Kamal Jumblatt assumed, under the presidency of Fouad Chehab, various ministerial functions . . After the conflict of June 1967, he gradually approached the Palestinian organizations. In 1969 he became Minister of the Interior; in August 1970, he supported the election of Soleiman Frangié as President of the Republic. Following the Lebanese-Palestinian clashes of May 1973, he took sides against the head of state, established himself as the leader of the National Movement in 1975 and engaged in a revolutionary armed struggle against the Lebanese Front. Hostile to Syria's intervention in Lebanon, he broke with it (March 1976). He was assassinated near a Syrian checkpoint in 1977.

Il film fu diretto da Michael Wadleigh e fu montato da (tra gli altri) Martin Scorsese e Thelma Schoonmaker. Ricevette l'Oscar come miglior documentario e fu nominato per il miglior sonoro. Nel 1996, Woodstock fu scelto per essere conservato nella National Film Registry della Biblioteca del Congresso poiché esso è "culturalmente, storicamente o esteticamente significativo". Il 9 giugno 2009 è uscita una versione più lunga, sia in Blu-Ray che in DVD, con alcune scene non presenti nella versione precedente, incluse le versioni integrali delle esibizioni dei Creedence Clearwater Revival e altri.

"When in Rome" è un DVD live della leggendaria rock band britannica Genesis, che cattura la loro esibizione al Circo Massimo a Roma, in Italia, il 14 luglio 2007, durante il loro acclamato "Turn It On Again Tour". Questo tour ha segnato la riunione della formazione classica della band, composta da Phil Collins, Tony Banks e Mike Rutherford. La decisione di rendere il concerto di Roma gratuito è stato un gesto sincero di gratitudine dei Genesis verso i loro fan italiani, che li hanno sostenuti fedelmente sin dai primi anni '70. Al concerto partecipa anche John Two Hawks, nativo americano, suonando il flauto in Stone People. L'intro e l'outro dell'album sono stati composti da Hans Zimmer. La copertina raffigura le statue di un angelo e un demone che si danno le spalle. Al centro c'è un altro piedistallo molto alto sulla cui punta si trova un cuore spezzato circondato da scariche elettriche. Nello sfondo rovine di templi e un cielo nuvoloso.
