Il giardino di Paperino

Paperino sta innaffiando le sue angurie (una delle quali ha vinto il 1º premio alla fiera di Pomona). Mentre litiga con la pompa dell'acqua, però, allaga la tana di un citello, il quale esce e si accorge del florido orto di Paperino. Così mangia tutti i ravanelli, poi una cipolla (che però non è di suo gradimento), e infine comincia a divorare le angurie. Presto Paperino se ne accorge, e tenta in tutti i modi di fermare l'animale (tentando anche, senza successo di schiacciarlo con un badile). Il citello però gli sfugge sempre, e l'animale lo blocca a terra usando il fusto della pianta come una corda. Infine il citello, davanti all'impotente Paperino, si mangia in pochi istanti tutto l'orto.

Emelianenko enters after a submission win over Mark Hunt at Pride Shockwave 2006, while Choi comes off a K-1 Grand Prix loss. Key undercard bouts include Shinya Aoki vs. Bu-Kyung Jung, with Aoki fresh off a TKO over Akira Kikuchi, and Kazuo Misaki vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama, pitting Pride and Hero’s Grand Prix champions. It’s a farewell to Pride fans post-UFC acquisition, inspiring the creation of DREAM.

Orfeo Mancini and his wife Nella are a pair of working-class Italians who years ago swore allegiance to the Communist party. With Mussolini on the rise, Orfeo and Nella come to the conclusion that they are no longer welcome in their native land, and they decide to pull up stakes and move to America with their two children. As a result of some confusion en route, the Mancinis end up in Marseilles rather than the United States; needing work, Orfeo takes a job working as a manual laborer for a wealthy landowner. This requires a serious amount of pride-swallowing on Orfeo's part, since his new boss is an Italian expatriate who once courted Nella. The situation becomes all the more difficult for Orfeo when his employer throws his allegiances behind the growing fascist movement.
