Lion, London Zoological Gardens

A male lion, right next to bars that are about 6 or 8 inches apart, keenly watches a uniformed zoo attendant toss small morsels of food into the cage. The lion alternates between finding the food on the cage floor and reaching through the bars to swipe at the man, who stays alarmingly close to the beast. In the background are the large rocks and brick wall at the back of the lion's habitat.

After his parents are brutally murdered, a man goes on a quest to find his parents' killers. He finds that his own uncle is involved in the killings.

Saruzzo Messina e Rosolino Trapani sono accusati di aver sedotto le figlie di Salvatore Trezza, uno dei capi dell' "onorata società" che, riunita in assemblea, decide la loro morte. I sicari raggiungono i due a Roma dove nel frattempo si sono fidanzati con le figlie di un industriale siciliano, Zappalà, deciso ad affrettare le nozze per coprire alcuni precedenti poco onorevoli delle due ragazze. Il matrimonio però non si può fare perché Saruzzo e Rosolino, dapprima aggrediti da alcune ballerine straniere che alloggiano nel loro stesso albergo, sono stati catturati dagli emissari dell'"onorata società".

Jabbar is sentenced to be hanged, but before that could happen he is killed. Jabbar's son, Sheroo, avenges his father's death by killing Kailash. Sheroo is arrested by Kailash's friend, Inspector Om, and sentenced to 20 years. A dying Kailash informs Malti that Ashok is Devki's, his first wife's son, and makes her promise that she wil continue to love Ashok as her own, which she does, and Kailash passes away. When she returns home she finds out that Amar is missing, possibly drowned. She blames this on Ashok and starts hating him. Sheroo escapes from prison, abducts Inspector Om and holds him prisoner, whipping him regularly.
