Quando le Sorelle del Convento di S. Caterina giungono in una scuola del centro di S. Francisco piena di adolescenti scalmanati, trovano un inferno nei corridoi e nelle aule devastate. Dopo tante preghiere le sorelle riescono a rintracciarla a Las Vegas, dove Deloris ha fatto carriera. Convinta dalle buone sorelle, Deloris accetta di rimettersi le vesti di suor Maria Claretta. Questa volta il suo travestimento deve riuscire ad ingannare quei furbacchioni degli studenti di musica della scuola. Grazie ad un programma di lezioni che non scorderanno mai, Deloris riesce a raggirare il dogma e a scuotere la religione mentre converte la sua "classe infernale" in un paradisiaco coro hip-hop che canta il Vangelo.
