Skipper Learns A Lesson

Susan, a little white girl, moves into a racially mixed neighborhood. Soon some of the local kids come over and ask her to play with them. She does, but her dog, Skipper, will have nothing to do with such funny-looking children (he says, via the narrator). Soon, however, Skipper accidentally gets some paint spilled on him, and the neighborhood dogs attack him, as they don't want somebody who's "funny looking" in their neighborhood, either. Skipper realizes that his intolerant attitude toward the children was just as bad as his fellow dogs' attitude toward him, and vows to change his ways.

Dopo aver mostrato i locali della caserma e la vita che vi si conduce arriva il momento dell'azione. In un palazzo una donna sembra aver perso la ragione. La pattuglia, accompagnata dalla polizia, entra nel suo appartamento e scopre un essere femminile imbrattato di sangue che si scaglia con violenza verso un vigile del fuoco cercando di morderlo. Mentre si tenta di mettere la situazione sotto controllo e i vari inquilini cercano di comprendere cosa stia accadendo il palazzo viene isolato e nessuno può uscirne. Un po' per gioco, un po' per provare la sua nuova telecamera, di cui è particolarmente fiero, Micah decide di riprendere quasi tutto ciò che fanno lui e Katie, ma soprattutto di lasciare la telecamera accesa nella loro camera da letto, di notte, per verificare se effettivamente accada qualcosa mentre dormono. La presenza della videocamera sembra tuttavia scatenare un'escalation di attività paranormali e a soffrirne è soprattutto Katie, che si sente direttamente perseguitata dall'entità negativa.
