4 Maggio 2106: la nuova Auxilium, nonostante una formazione composta da giocatori di talento, un pubblico sempre numerosissimo ed una società entusiasta, si trova ad occupare l’ultimo posto della classifica del campionato di A, ritrovato dopo oltre 20 anni. Nonostante la vittoria in casa, per sapere se e’ stata raggiunta la salvezza, occorre aspettare i risultati delle altre partite. Sette minuti di attesa per conoscere il responso: giocatori, dirigenti e l’intero palazzetto colmo di 4000 tifosi con il fiato sospeso, ansia, attesa, speranze e scongiuri ed infine il boato liberatorio. L’Auxilium si salva grazie alla classifica avulsa decretando il suo nuovo futuro.
