Emma e Paolo vivono felicemente a Chicago, ma quando il padre di lui si ammala, deve rientrare in Italia per assisterlo. Durante la permanenza nel Bel Paese, il giovane si accorge che vivere in America rende complicata la gestione dei rapporti familiari. Ne parla con Emma, che entra in crisi al solo pensiero di un rapporto a distanza. Cosa decideranno di fare?

Fantozzi in paradiso

Cacciato di casa dalla figlia sposata, Fantozzi scopre di avere una settimana di vita. La fedele moglie Pina gli organizza una notte d'amore con la donna dei suoi sogni, la Silvani. Appurato che si trattava di una diagnosi sbagliata, colto da infarto per la gioia, Fantozzi muore, ma in paradiso trova un Buddha che lo condanna a reincarnarsi.

La ricetta è semplice e quest'anno piuttosto efficace. Si prendono due divorziati (Ghini e De Sica) molto diversi tra loro (uno è un professore di etica e l'altro un palazzinaro) e li si fa finire insieme in vacanza a Rio all'insaputa di tutti. Dei 'tutti' fanno parte i reciproci figli i quali, a loro volta, mentono ai genitori fingendo di andare in Spagna e recandosi invece a… Rio. Città in cui, vedi caso, si trovano le ex mogli dei due che si sono incontrate nella clinica in cui si sono fatte rifare il seno facendo invece sapere ai familiari di essere altrove. A queste vicende se ne aggiunge una che apre il film. Fabio (De Luigi) innamorato in incognito di Linda (Hunziker) si ritrova a fingere di essere il suo vero fidanzato in sostituzione di quello reale (fedifrago) per far stare tranquillo il padre di lei che abita a…Rio.
